We’ve worked over the years to make our Credit Monkey Client Reviews as useful as possible. In the pursuit of a system that’s open and flexible. The system is structured and helpful for anyone who wants to learn more from other customers about any service that we provide.
We’ve also built mechanisms, both manual and automated, that remove reviews that violate our guidelines. We recently improved our detection of promotional reviews, which resulted in the removal of both new and old reviews. While our enforcement has improved, our community guidelines have not changed. We hope to keep improving our approach over time, and we welcome feedback from customers and reviewers alike about how to keep making reviews more valuable to our visitors and clients.
Genuine Feedback
Credit Monkey Client Reviews should give customers genuine service feedback from fellow clients. Our goal is to capture all of the energy and enthusiasm (both favorable and critical) that clients have about our services, while avoiding use of reviews to outright advertise, promote, and, especially, mislead. We have a zero tolerance policy for any review designed to mislead or manipulate clients. Client Reviews help customers to learn more about our services, hear the reasons behind your star rating, and ultimately decide whether this is the right service for them.
